Description
This is an announcement of the general availability (GA) of FirstClass 12.1 Suite for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux platforms.
The updated/new product components are:
FirstClass Server 12.1 Build 2137 for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux
FirstClass Internet Services 12.1 Build 12.109 for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux
FirstClass Web Services 12.1 Build 12.1.0.019 for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux
FirstClass External Integration Services 12.1 Build 12.1.018 for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux
FirstClass Desktop Client 12.110 for Windows, Mac OS X
FirstClass GO 12.1 Build 12.1.0.019 for iOS & Android devices, Windows Mobile 8.1 and Windows Surface Tablets.

Anticipated shipping dates - the expected dates applications will be made available to FirstClass Administrators (where applicable)
Anticipated announcement dates is the date we expect to post an announcement about the availability of the product(s) and make them available.
Please note: iOS applications that are made available to end users via the iTunes App Store - it is at the discretion of Apple as to the exact time/date software is released to users.
The purpose of the staged release is to allow FirstClass Administrators an opportunity to update their systems prior to allowing newer clients to connect.
Recommendations:
^ Internet Services 12.1 - PRIOR to updating the FirstClass Server, we recommend that you update Internet Services to allow for a Calendar fix to function correctly.
^^ Archive Servers are recommended to be updated to 12.1 prior to the FirstClass Server to take advantage of a number of the new features including large file (4gb).
Licensing:
If upgrading from 12.0, No additional licensing will be required for this version of the Server.
If upgrading from pre-FirstClass 12.0, please ensure that you have your server specific FirstClass 12 license, and have reviewed both the Release Notes and installation instructions accompanying the installers thoroughly before proceeding with the upgrade. Please contact technical support if you have any questions pertaining to the upgrade
New to FirstClass? You will be required to obtain licensing for FirstClass 12.0.
